1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website contableia.com.ar (hereinafter, 'the Site'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of its terms, please refrain from using the Site.
Use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms in their current version at the time of access.
2. Description of the Service
ContableIA™ is an independent, free-to-access platform that offers:
- Economic charts and indicators: Argentine macroeconomic data prepared from public official sources (INDEC and BCRA), regularly updated.
- Accumulated inflation calculator: tool to calculate restatement coefficients and accumulated inflation based on the CPI published by INDEC, in accordance with FACPCE methodology (RT 59 / NUA).
- AI accounting assistant: artificial intelligence system specialized in Argentine accounting standards (particularly FACPCE Technical Resolution No. 59), which answers technical queries based on the official text of said standard.
The Site does not require registration or subscription to use.
3. Informational Nature — Not Professional Advice
3.1 Economic Data
The indicators, charts and analyses published on the Site are for informational and educational purposes only. Their content does not constitute financial, economic, investment or any other type of advice.
Data come from public official sources (INDEC, BCRA, datos.gob.ar). ContableIA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or real‑time timeliness of such information, as it depends on the publication schedules of the source agencies.
3.2 AI Assistant
The AI assistant's responses are based on the text of RT 59 (NUA) of FACPCE and are for guidance only. They do not replace the professional judgment of a licensed public accountant nor constitute doctrinal opinion, technical opinion, legal advice or official interpretation of any standard.
Artificial intelligence systems may make interpretation errors, omissions or reasoning mistakes. ContableIA recommends verifying every response with the official text of the cited standard and, where appropriate, with a qualified professional.
3.3 Professional Liability
Any accounting, tax, financial or investment decision you make based on the use of the Site is your sole responsibility. ContableIA assumes no liability for the consequences of decisions made based on the information or the assistant's responses published on the Site.
4. Accuracy and Timeliness of Data
ContableIA strives to keep data updated according to the official publication schedules of INDEC and BCRA. However, it cannot guarantee that:
- The information is free from typographical or processing errors.
- Data is updated in real time, as the update frequency depends on official sources and the Site's technical processes.
- The information is suitable for any specific purpose or use you have in mind.
When data for certain variables is published with official delay (such as BCRA balance), the Site expressly indicates it through visual signs ('est.' / dotted line) and explanatory notes.
