ContableIA™ (hereinafter, 'the Site', 'we') operates the website contableia.com.ar and is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through it.

2. Applicable Legal Framework
The processing of personal data is governed by Law No. 25.326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic and its regulatory provisions, including the provisions of the National Directorate for Personal Data Protection (DNPDP).
3. Data We Collect
3.1 Data provided voluntarily
Contact form: When completing the Contact section form, we collect:
- Name (if you choose to include it)
- Email address
- Content of the message
AI Assistant (IA Consultant): The queries you send to the assistant are processed to generate a response. We ask you expressly not to include personally identifiable information (names, CUIT/CUIL, addresses, account numbers or any personal data of yourself or third parties) in your queries.
3.2 Data automatically collected for technical reasons
The proper functioning of our website and the hosting platform we use (Render) involves the automatic logging of technical information about visits. This information is generated unavoidably by server operation and is used exclusively for diagnostic, security and performance improvement purposes.
The automatically recorded data includes:
- IP address (anonymized when technically possible)
- Browser type and version (via the 'User-Agent' header)
- Operating system
- Pages visited and dwell time
- Referring webpage (from which you arrived at our Site)
- Date and time of the visit
It is important to clarify that ContableIA does not use this data for advertising, commercial profiling, nor does it share it with third parties for their own purposes. Its processing is strictly operational and based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a safe and functional website.
4. Purpose of Processing

We do not use your data for:
- Sending advertising or unsolicited communications
- Commercial profiling
- Automated decisions with legal effects
- Any purpose other than those indicated in this policy
5. Retention Period
- Contact form: Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your query and up to a maximum of 2 years from the last interaction.
- AI assistant queries: Individual conversations linked to a user identity are not stored. Queries may be processed by third-party services as indicated in section 6.
- Technical diagnostic data: Kept anonymized for a period of up to 26 months, used only internally.
6. Transfers and Third Parties
To provide the service, ContableIA may use external service providers. In all cases, such providers act as data processors and only access the data to the extent necessary to provide the contracted service.
AI Assistant: Queries sent to the assistant are processed through a third‑party artificial intelligence API. It is recommended not to include personal data in such queries.
Hosting and CDN: The Site is hosted on Render servers, which may process network information (such as IP addresses and request headers) to provide the hosting service, as stated in its own Privacy Policy. This provider acts as a data processor and is contractually bound to process data solely for the provision of the contracted service.
We do not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We do not use external analytics services such as Google Analytics.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site may use essential cookies for basic operation. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

- Opposition: Object to the processing of your data under certain circumstances.
To exercise any of these rights, you can contact us through the Site's contact form, clearly indicating the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of 30 business days.
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may file a complaint with the National Directorate for Personal Data Protection (DNPDP): argentina.gob.ar/aaip/datospersonales.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. However, no internet transmission system is 100% secure.
10. Minors
The Site is aimed at adult professionals and the general public over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided personal data through the Site, you can contact us to request its deletion.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The 'Last updated' date at the top of the document reflects the current version. We recommend reviewing it regularly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted implies acceptance of the updated policy.
